1/2 cup Organic raspberries and blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
1/3 cup Almond Milk Yogurt(plain unsweetened)
Assorted favorite nuts and seeds
sprinkle of cinnamon
Make portions in mason jars a few days a head of time for easy grab and go, adding the yogurt topping fresh.
Method
In a bowl or jar with a cover combine the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds and milk. Let sit overnight (in the fridge) or for an hour in the morning. (Thats what I do, but I wake up very early!)
Add the berries and mix (defrosted if frozen.)
Top with yogurt (probiotics), a sprinkle of cinnamon and your favorite nuts and seeds.
