- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup medjool dates
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cup apple – peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- Himalayan sea salt
Method
- Soak the walnuts in filtered water in a covered container for 4 hours or overnight.
- In a food processor combine the oats, nuts and dates. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until a it forms a thick mash. The honey is optional depending on the sweetness of your apples and your taste.
- Roll into balls and roll into some extra oats to coat.
- Can be stored in fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
