INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds – ground
  • 1/2 cup  Organic raspberries and blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk Yogurt(plain unsweetened) 
  • Assorted favorite nuts and seeds
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Method 

  1. In a bowl or jar with a cover combine the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds and milk. Let sit overnight (in the fridge) or for an hour in the morning. (Thats what I do, but I wake up very early!)
  2. Add the berries and mix (defrosted if frozen.)
  3. Top with yogurt (probiotics), a sprinkle of cinnamon and your favorite nuts and seeds.

 

 

 

Variations:

Make portions in mason jars a few days a head of time for easy grab and go, adding the yogurt topping fresh.
