- 1/3 cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds – ground
- 1/2 cup Organic raspberries and blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk Yogurt(plain unsweetened)
- Assorted favorite nuts and seeds
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- In a bowl or jar with a cover combine the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds and milk. Let sit overnight (in the fridge) or for an hour in the morning. (Thats what I do, but I wake up very early!)
- Add the berries and mix (defrosted if frozen.)
- Top with yogurt (probiotics), a sprinkle of cinnamon and your favorite nuts and seeds.
