1 medium carrot – peeled and coarsely chopped or shredded
2 tbsp Chickpea Miso
1 inch piece fresh ginger – chopped
juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
1 slice fresh orange, peel removed
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tbsp filtered water
hemp seeds
Method
Combine carrot, miso, ginger, lemon, orange, olive oil and water in a food processor or Nutri Bullet. Blend until well combined and smooth but still a little textured.
Serve up with your favorite salad or steamed veggie. Drizzle hemp seeds on top.
