- 1 medium carrot – peeled and coarsely chopped or shredded
- 2 tbsp Chickpea Miso
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger – chopped
- juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 1 slice fresh orange, peel removed
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp filtered water
- hemp seeds
Method
- Combine carrot, miso, ginger, lemon, orange, olive oil and water in a food processor or Nutri Bullet. Blend until well combined and smooth but still a little textured.
- Serve up with your favorite salad or steamed veggie. Drizzle hemp seeds on top.
