INGREDIENTS
  • 1 medium carrot – peeled and coarsely chopped or shredded
  • 2 tbsp Chickpea Miso
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger – chopped
  • juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
  • 1 slice fresh orange, peel removed
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp filtered water
  • hemp seeds

 

Method

  1. Combine carrot, miso, ginger, lemon, orange, olive oil and water in a food processor or Nutri Bullet.  Blend until well combined and smooth but still a little textured.
  2. Serve up with your favorite salad or steamed veggie. Drizzle hemp seeds on top.
