Hormone Balancing Porridge

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp ground pumpkin seed

2 tsp chia seeds

Hot water

Method:

  1. Grind all flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds, in blender or food processor
  2. Put in bowl and cover with hot water.  Let set for 5 minutes or more.
  3. Add toppings of choice – fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, cranberries, ghee, yogurt, and cinnamon. Drizzle with nut milk.

Variation: Create your own blend and add 1 tbsp pecans, almonds or other seeds of your choice to the mixture above.
