INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup nut or seed butter (almond, cashew, peanut, sunflower seed)

2 tsp ground flax seed

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tsp sunflower seeds (optional if using sunflower butter)

1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tbsp coco nibs

 

Method

  1. Into the almond butter stir in chia seeds, sunflower seeds, shelled hemp seeds, shredded coconut, ground flax seeds and or cocoa nibs to your desired taste.
  2. Keep in the refrigerator Or take on the go to use as a snack with apple slices or scoop on a pitted date for when you need a power boost.

Variations:

In place of cocoa nibs use unsweetened organic cocoa powder
