1/3 cup nut or seed butter (almond, cashew, peanut, sunflower seed)
2 tsp ground flax seed
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds (optional if using sunflower butter)
1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp coco nibs
Method
- Into the almond butter stir in chia seeds, sunflower seeds, shelled hemp seeds, shredded coconut, ground flax seeds and or cocoa nibs to your desired taste.
- Keep in the refrigerator Or take on the go to use as a snack with apple slices or scoop on a pitted date for when you need a power boost.
