Ingredients

  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup baby spinach or other green leafy vegetable
  • 1/2 banana (or 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 serving protein powder (whey or pea based)

Add: Chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp hearts, spirulina, cocao nibs, cilantro, mint, MCT oil

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and combine.
  2. Add optional ingredients to boost the nutritional content.
