- 2 cups slivered almonds
- 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder (just a sprinkle)
- 1 cup filtered water
- Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender with 3/4 cup water. Blend on high, adding water as needed until achieve a smooth texture.
- Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds, fresh basil or herbs.
- Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
